Have you been to CNY Women’s Healthcare?

I love it! Went there for both children, love that they’re through crouse because I wouldn’t wanna deliver anywhere else! So shocked for the low reviews tbh

I’m so very glad that I chose to get care from this office. From the front desk, the drs, nurses & billing everyone was wonderful. I needed a procedure done at crouse & their team was equally as wonderful. Dr. Fiori was so kind, April is an absolute angel, Dr Kahn at crouse was informative, the nurses were all so professional / caring. Carrie at CNY was top notch!! Even the gentleman Don that brought me back to my dad’s truck at crouse for the ride home was a peach. They all took something that was soooo scary & somehow made it comfortable. There aren’t enough good things I can say about this office. 10/10 recommend. I felt cared for every step of the way, I’m so so very thankful!!

I have suffered RPL and during my latest one, I was treated with such care and compassion. All of my questions were answered and I was given thorough explanations of my options and future options of testing. I was taken care of in a quick and efficient manner which I really appreciated during such a difficult time. I truly felt cared for which makes a huge difference.

Dr Ciciarelli has been incredible, the staff has been very friendly, and my wait time has never been bad there. Would very much recommend!

This office has been a godsend for me after having some not so great experiences elsewhere. Please give this office a chance, you will not regret it. They listen to you and never make me feel like I’m not important

I have only had good experiences here. I love all of the staff members and Dr. Fiori is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! She always makes me feel comfortable and understood. If I have a question or concern I can always call and talk to someone, too. I recommend giving CNY Women’s Healthcare a chance.

Dr. Krystal Foree is outstanding! She has been my Gyn for a few years now. After experiencing post menopausal bleeding and after trying other avenues that did not help we decided to go with a total hysterectomy. She performed the surgery on 2/5/25 at Crouse. Everything went perfectly. No complications at all and I never even experienced any pain or discomfort afterwards. I still took the pain medication for a few days just in case. I am healing nicely without complication. I am so thankful for Dr. Foree.

I came on here to see if I could email this doctor and let her know how much I appreciate her care and for giving me her full attention and sincere empathy for my struggles today but see that option is not available so I thought I would leave a review instead. While she has empathized with my struggle and shown regret for not being able to fix it(even though it’s not her fault!), she has also been honest and of integrity in guiding me to make a difficult choice for my greater good. I’m not sure any other doctor could get me to do that. It’s easy to fall through the cracks in healthcare today but this doctor has gained my trust. God bless you!

I was a few years behind on my Pap smears because I get super anxious about going to the doctor, but CNY Women’s Healthcare was very kind and understanding. I saw April for my first appointment and she was very reassuring, gentle, and knowledgeable. I have yet to see any of the other providers there but the practice came highly recommended by two people I trust very much, so I’m confident that I will continue to be cared for well here.

Last year I was seen for my first pregnancy. Every time I entered the office I was treated with sincerity and respect. I saw all of the doctors in the practice and felt as though I was heard and understood every time. I even called a few times, with immediate responses and answers. Unfortunately, my daughter spent some time in the NICU following a traumatic birth. I cannot thank the staff at This practice enough for their compassion and understanding through it all. I will be seeing this practice for my next pregnancy as well!
